Welcome to the Akifa Foundation, a beacon of hope founded to honor the enduring legacy of Akifa Bibi. Born from the profound influence and cherished memories of Akifa, our foundation is deeply rooted in the heart of Baffa, Pakistan, where she spent her inspiring life.
Our Mission
The Akifa Foundation is committed to lifting communities by supporting sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life for the most vulnerable. We focus on empowering individuals through education, improving environmental sustainability, and promoting health and wellbeing, particularly in the wake of challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Our efforts aim to alleviate the exacerbated inequalities that have deeply affected disadvantaged communities.

Nourishing Lives through Ramadan Food Support
One of our flagship programs involves providing essential support during Ramadan,
ensuring that families facing challenges, disadvantages, and marginalization receive
the sustenance they need. This initiative not only addresses immediate hunger but
also contributes to the overall well-being of communities.
Education Support Project
In our commitment to fostering education, we extend a helping hand to struggling
families and individuals facing disadvantages or marginalization. By providing
support, we aim to keep them engaged in education, thereby reducing the risk of
early dropout and empowering them with the tools for a brighter future.
Access to Clean Water Project
Addressing a fundamental need, our foundation has successfully executed numerous Water Well projects, including the restoration of wells, utilizing resources generously provided by our donors. This initiative not only provides access to clean water but also contributes to the overall health and well-being of communities.
Well-being and Health
Throughout the year, our foundation extends support to families and individuals facing disabilities, promoting well-being and health. By addressing various challenges, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need, offering assistance and comfort in times of hardship.
